PRICE Systems Announces New Vice President of Consulting Services
Washington, DC - January 21, 2003 - PRICE Systems, the leader in Cost Estimating and Analysis, today announced the addition of Larry Reagan as Vice President of Consulting Services. Reagan brings over 20 years of industry experience to his new position.
As Vice President, Mr. Reagan will be responsible for all North American Consulting for the company.

Mr. Reagan comes from Information Builders where he served as Director of Federal Operations. As Director, he was responsible for all software and consulting sales and operations in the Federal market. Reagan's team experienced significant growth and market penetration not only in the Federal government market, but in the state and local government market, too. Prior to joining Information Builders, Reagan worked for Dynamics Research Corporation (DRC). During his five years at DRC, he served as Director, Maryland Operations; Director, Information Systems Engineering; and Software System Project Manager.
Before joining Dynamics Research Corporation, Mr. Reagan spent 12 years with the United States Air Force where he began his career as an engineer in the Satellite Program Office in Los Angeles and became a Certified Acquisition Professional. He completed his Air Force service as a member of the staff of the Secretary of the Air Force with duty at various classified locations.
Larry Reagan holds BS degrees in both Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and an MS in Acquisition and Contract Management from West Coast University. Additionally, he holds several certificates from the National Cryptology School. Larry has earned many honors throughout his career including being listed in Who's Who in Industry, Who's Who in Science, Who's Who in the World, and Who's Who in America.
