Lee Platt Named to Head PRICE Systems' Patuxent River Office
PATUXENT RIVER, Maryland - May 16, 2005 - PRICE Systems, world leader in Program Affordability Management solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of Lee Platt to its management team as Manager of PRICE's Consulting Services Office in Patuxent River, Maryland. Ms. Platt joins PRICE with over 20 years of industry experience in consulting services to the Federal Defense and Civil sectors as well as commercial accounts. She now leads PRICE's consulting services team primarily supporting Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Sea Systems Command, the Naval Air Warfare Center and the Naval Surface Warfare Center.

For the majority of her career prior to joining PRICE Systems in April 2005, Ms. Platt was a Vice President and Division Manager with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). There, she was responsible for the day-to-day operation of various organizations focused on providing engineering services to the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Joint organizations in the Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) environment. Most recently, she was with the MITRE Corporation where she was responsible for managing a team focused on defining and executing a major competitive acquisition for the Department of Homeland Security.
Ms. Platt began her career with four years on active duty in the U.S. Army as a Signal Intelligence/Voice Intercept Operator where she was responsible for intercept, translation and analysis of Russian intelligence. She received her undergraduate degree from Bryant University in 1978 and her masters degree from University of Southern California in 1986. She is an active member of the Program Management Institute (PMI); National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA); Women in Defense (WID); the Patuxent Partnership and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA).
