PRICE Systems CEO to Speak at 22nd Annual SCAF Conference

MT. LAUREL, New Jersey - August 2, 2005 - PRICE Systems' President and CEO Anthony DeMarco will be speaking at the 2005 Society for Cost Analysis and Forecasting Conference in Bristol, United Kingdom on September 20, 2005. Mr. DeMarco will be presenting "Six Steps to Program Success", a presentation on the fundamental affordability management elements to ensure successful and sustained program funding. The presentation will focus on the experience Mr. DeMarco has gained on numerous US programs and best practice thinking in project management and financial control.

The Society for Cost Analysis and Forecasting formed in September 1984 following recognition of the need for a forum where those with interests and experience in cost analysis and forecasting could meet to discuss problems and techniques.

The formation was the initiative of the UK members of the International Society of Parametric Analysts with the support of the Ministry of Defense and of the Royal Aeronautical Society. Due to the background and experience of founder members, the Society has tended towards defense-orientated industries; however, it is the intention to cover as broad a field as possible.

This one-day conference will provide a topical and meaningful insight into the methods employed in gaining assurance that the costs and timescales of defense programs are realistic, manageable and achievable.
