PRICE Systems Adds to Government Solutions Division

Company attracts U.S. Navy logistics IT officer and Wyle Laboratories veteran to increase support for expanding business with defense and federal civilian agencies

MT. LAUREL, New Jersey - June 23, 2006 - PRICE Systems, world leader in Program Affordability Management Solutions, today announced the addition of Ron Diaz and Daniel Harper as Executive Consultants supporting the company's Government Solutions Division in Rosslyn, Virginia. Each will be independently responsible for developing cost estimates for defense and federal civilian agencies, and for ensuring program affordability for clients through cost and risk analyses, performance evaluations, and continuous program value monitoring. Earlier this month, PRICE was awarded major multi-year contracts from both the U.S. Navy and the Department of Homeland Security.

"PRICE is always looking for the most talented and accomplished people our industry has to offer, and both Ron and Dan bring impressive credentials," said Larry Reagan, Vice President of Government Solutions at PRICE Systems. "Their respective backgrounds will add depth to our team and our offerings in the Government, Aerospace, and Defense markets."

Mr. Diaz is a 15-year Navy veteran who held the rank of Commander and position of Assistant Navy Logistics IT Officer when he retired from active service in May. He comes to PRICE from OPNAV, Logistics Planning Division, where was responsible for modeling and analyzing Sea Basing Logistical Scenarios, developing recommendations, and briefing senior officers on his findings. He also managed a $30 million aviation parts inventory that provided logistics support to twenty-five aircraft, including responsibility for all physical distribution, demand review, and financial accounting. His accomplishments included resolving inventory discrepancies valued at $1.5 million and improving inventory accuracy by 25%. Mr. Diaz has proven to be especially adept at building teams of specialists for consulting, cost estimation, IT project development and control, and logistics. His credentials include a BBA in Information Processing and an MBA from George Washington University.

Mr. Harper was previously a Senior Consultant for Wyle Laboratories, Inc. where he most recently supported the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency's Space Division (AFCAA). Among his major contributions was development of a Cost Track Metric which analyzed AFCAA's historical and ongoing estimating accuracy for satellite programs. He also developed Space Intelligence Community innovations for normalizing and mapping contractor cost data for several satellite programs to a standard Work Breakdown Structure, and for researching ground systems costs via open sources on the Web, directly enabling Air Force personnel to more easily access ground system cost phasing models. Mr. Harper graduated cum laude from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a BS degree in Finance. He is currently a candidate for his Masters in Technology Management, Class of 2007.
