GSA Awards MOBIS Contract to PRICE Systems
WASHINGTON, DC - September 28, 2006 - PRICE Systems, world leader in Program Affordability Management Solutions, today announced a major contract award from the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to provide consulting services as part of the GSA's Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) program. The contract, valued at a quarter of a billion dollars over 5 years, is PRICE Systems' fourth major contract award in the Federal Market in the last four months.

The MOBIS program offers a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency's performance and their endeavor in meeting mission goals. MOBIS contractors must possess the necessary expertise to facilitate how the federal government responds to a continuous stream of new mandates, evolutionary influences, and government reinvention initiatives such as benchmarking and streamlining.
PRICE's consulting services under MOBIS can involve expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies' mission-oriented business functions. This can include studies, analyses and reports documenting any proposed developmental, consultative or implementation efforts related to strategic and business planning, process and productivity improvement, systems alignment, organizational assessments, performance measures and indicators, program audits, evaluations, and customized training.
PRICE Systems previously announced other major contract awards from the U.S. Navy, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of the Interior. Each of those contracts has the potential of bringing millions of dollars of business to the company over the next several years. PRICE Systems Government Solutions Division is located in Arlington, VA. PRICE also holds a GSA Information Technology (IT-70) contract.
