PRICE Systems' Zachary Jasnoff Among Featured Speakers at
Phoenix Integration System of Systems Workshop


MT. LAUREL, New Jersey - October 31, 2006 - Zachary Jasnoff, Director of Development Projects at PRICE Systems, the world leader in Program Affordability Management Solutions, will be among featured industry experts sharing insights at a two-day workshop on "Decision Tools for Complex System of Systems Engineering" November 13-14 at the Hilton Hotel in Pasadena, California. The workshop is being hosted by PRICE Systems' partner Phoenix Integration, the aerospace and defense industry leader in process integration and design optimization software. Jasnoff is among a distinguished list of speakers from organizations such as NASA, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, UGS and others.

Jasnoff's presentation on "Total Ownership Cost and Performance Based Modeling" will highlight the need to estimate and optimize System-of-Systems (SoS) costs in a model capable of combining hardware and software cost objects. The presentation will showcase how PRICE Systems' TruePlanner is now integrated into Phoenix Integration's ModelCenter 7.0.

At PRICE Systems, Jasnoff has executive responsibility for all external software product development. He is a recognized expert in Affordability Management over a career that spans 20 years. Prior to joining PRICE, he served as Vice President and Director of Business Resiliency at JPMorgan Chase, where managed a staff responsible for developing parametric models to measure resiliency, value at risk, and Total Cost of Ownership. Jasnoff made a career of parametric cost estimating while serving in various positions at Boeing, PRICE Systems in the mid-1990's, and Lockheed Martin. He authored the "Cost as Independent Variable" section of Lockheed Martin's successful Littoral Combat Ship Proposal and has won several awards from the International Society of Parametric Analysts (ISPA) for various presentations on CAIV and advanced estimating methodologies. He holds an M.S.E. in Technology Management from Penn Engineering and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A from American University, and B.A. from Villanova University.
