PRICE University Empowers Customers to Maximize ROI with Anytime, Anywhere Online Training

Customers Can Access Online Courses to Tap into PRICE Systems' 30 Years of Experience Conducting Cost Schedule and Risk Assessments

MT. LAUREL, New Jersey - September 12, 2007 - PRICE Systems, L.L.C., the world leader in cost estimating and analysis solutions, today announced the introduction of PRICE University, a Web site that includes courses and tutorials prepared by PRICE Systems to enable its global customers to make the most of their PRICE Systems investments and empowers its customers with the knowledge and flexibility to learn from anywhere and at anytime. PRICE University offers greater access to PRICE Systems' over 30 years of experience applying cost estimating tools and techniques, allowing customers to maximize use of PRICE Systems' integrated, lifecycle approach to cost estimating, program cost control, and knowledge management. Each course offered through PRICE University is free of charge to any person at a location currently licensing PRICE Systems software.

In launching PRICE University, PRICE Systems aims to promote the reduction of Total Cost Ownership (TCO) for its users, allowing customers to access information via the Web anytime for refresher courses. This mobile accessibility is compelling especially for companies that may only require conducting a few estimates annually. PRICE University also provides current clients with details on the benefits available by upgrading to TruePlanning® 2007, which launched in June 2007. PRICE Systems' TruePlanning 2007 is a complete suite of integrated cost models, benchmarks, and powerful, fast knowledge management, which enables the cost, schedule, and risk management estimation of hardware, software, and IT projects.

PRICE University's course offering includes a "Fundamentals of Software Estimating" class, which specifically focuses on a collection of predictive cost models designed by PRICE Systems for application development projects and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) implementations, and a "Fundamentals of Infrastructure Estimating" class, providing instruction on implementing PRICE Systems' models for IT Networks. Further, PRICE University offers samples of usage, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications deployment, and government agency cost estimating examples. Further, PRICE Systems will now incorporate the videos of its monthly "Lunch and Learn" seminars into PRICE University, which features PRICE Systems experts discussing customer-requested program affordability management topics and introducing customers to TruePlanning 2007. All courses are designed for availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with the flexibility to allow completion at the user's individual pace.

PRICE Systems also encourages all contributors and consumers of cost estimation at PRICE Systems' licensed facilities to utilize the training available on PRICE University, as it helps increase awareness and understanding of program management cost estimation.

"We are excited to provide our customers with more accessible online training and development options through PRICE University," said PRICE Systems President Anthony DeMarco. "Beyond continuing our tradition of exceptional customer service, PRICE University underlines our commitment to evolve with our customers' needs - accounting for our customers' increasing mobility and the growing worldwide footprint of our customer base."
