PRICE Assisting with TIMPA Support to the Development of Cost ModelsPRICE Systems has been part of the team addressing critical cost modeling challenges of the Technical Insertion Major Programme Area (TIMPA) sponsored by the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD). The aim of the research programme's Work Package 2.4, "Support to the Development of Cost Models," is to develop a TIMPA Cost Model that allows forecasting of whole life costs for systems that plan to take advantage of future technical insertion, and compare the cost benefits of TI options with traditional systems |
