ISPA/SCEA Survey on Stakeholder Perceptions of CAIV

Greg Kiviat, Sebastian Botta and Stuart Swalgren of Sikorsky Aircraft request your assistance with expanding a survey on stakeholder perceptions of Cost As an Independent Variable (CAIV), which has already received "best paper" recognition at the recent ISPA/SCEA Conference in New Orleans. ISPA/SCEA reviewers suggested pursuing a broader perspective across the program development and cost analysis community for presentation at a future ISPA/SCEA event. Your response to this short survey on behalf of ISPA/SCEA, not Sikorsky or PRICE Systems, will expand insights on the true use and value of CAIV as an effective tool to identify and mitigate program risk.
