SPS Leader Colonel Jacob Haynes Retiring After 25-Year Army Career
PRICE Systems extends congratulations and best wishes to Colonel Jacob Haynes as he completes his distinguished 25-year Army career. A leading program manager for government transportation and procurement programs, Col. Haynes most recently led the team that leveraged PRICE TrueMethods™ to help transform the DoD's Standard Procurement System (SPS) from near catastrophe to an award-winning program. Under his direction, the SPS program was recognized with the Grace Hopper Government Technology Leadership Award, the Intergovernmental Solutions Award and two international awards. Col. Haynes himself is a recipient of the Federal 100 Award for information technology, Secretary of the Army Project Manager of the Year Award, and was featured on the cover of Government Computer News as winner of that magazine's first Government Leadership Award. PRICE Systems has been honored to have worked with Col. Haynes and wish him continued success in all of his future endeavors.
