"6 Steps to Program Success" Webinar Recap
This topic was the first of an Executive Program Management Series, with PRICE Systems President, Anthony DeMarco discussing how affordability is the biggest barrier to program mission success. And that Program Affordability Management is a practice that satisfies government oversight and helps ensure program success.
This 45-minute Webinar was well attended by cost engineers to program managers within US Defense and Federal Civilian Agencies. Some questions and issues addressed were:
- How does PRICE's 6-step approach relate to the Government Performance and Results Act and the President's Management Agenda?
- What is the expected implementation timeline for a typical company handling projects that have 1-3 year lifecycles and dealing with engineering contractors?
- Where do natural disasters and events come into the costing of projects?
If you were unable to participate in this Webinar, you can learn more by downloading a copy of the "6 Steps to Program Success" Webinar presentation or expanded white paper.
