Independent Government Project Validation

FREE 45-minute Webinar, White Paper, and Market Survey Report

Date:Thursday, November 30, 2006
Time:11:00 - 11:45 AM (US EST)
Location:Online Webinar (passcode emailed upon registration)
Format:Interactive/Lecture
Facilitator:Larry Reagan, Vice President of Government Solutions Division, and Robert Young, Executive Director, PRICE Systems

In 2006, the OMB's Office of Electronic Government and Information Technology (OEGIT) required Government agencies to perform a mandatory independent validation of cost, schedule, and performance goals for all major IT projects. PRICE System's Government Solutions Division has since taken the pulse of Federal Program Managers to identify best practices and trends in Federal IT cost management through an independently contracted market survey entitled "Keeping Federal IT Programs within Budget." This Webinar will share an overview of survey results, and discuss how programs and agencies can build an independent government estimating team to ensure their success and compliance.
