PRICE Systems Vice President of Product Division Bruce Fad and Chief Scientist Arlene Minkiewicz will be speaking at two industry events during the last week of September. On Wednesday, September 28, Bruce will be participating in a panel discussion on "Measuring the Benefits of Parametrics" at the PCEI Meeting at Northrop Grumman in the Linthicum, Maryland location, near Baltimore-Washington International Airport. On Thursday, September 29, Arlene will be presenting "The Cost and Management Challenges of Systems of Systems" at the Southern Maryland Chapter of ISPA.

PRICE Systems Reaching Out to Katrina Victims

In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, PRICE Systems will be volunteering at a Philadelphia job event for victims who have since relocated to the Tri-State area, encompassing portions of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Through the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce (Tri-State HR), PRICE will assist with organizing job openings for displaced victims. In an effort to rebuild the Gulf Coast region, PRICE Systems has also contributed $5,000 to the Bush/Clinton Katrina Fund.

PRICE Systems Collaborates with Telecolote Reasearch to Release a Single-Interface PRICE-ACE Plug-in to ACEIT Suite

PRICE Systems is pleased to announce that Tecolote Research, Inc., developer of Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT), has released a PRICE-ACE plug-in that uses a single interface to seamlessly integrate PRICE H/HL and PRICE S with the ACEIT suite of tools. Among new features of this release, the plug-in automatically adjusts for inflation when assigning the PRICE cost values. The plug-in also reflects a change in philosophy by moving "what if" drills from ACE to PRICE models.
