Mr. Otte has experience as an Cost Estimator/Analyst with Wright Patterson Air Force Base before joining PRICE Systems. His work included: Completing program estimates, CER and factor development, supporting independent cost estimates, assisting customers in developing program requirements, and serving on source selection cost panels. Also supported performance measurement validations and demonstrations. He has expertise in both Hardware and Software estimation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provides parametric model technical support to PRICE Systems clients, especially at ASC, SMC and in Korea. Conducts training courses for all of PRICE Systems-estimating models. Mr. Otte has completed numerous cost modeling and research projects for PRICE Clients, which include F-15 Project office research and JASSM composite material research. These efforts also include software model support for the ACM program office. He has provided parametric model support to PRICE Clients for estimating hardware and software costs for satellites.
