He has expertise in estimating Hardware, Total Ownership, Software, and IT systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
An in demand PRICE instructor, Pete Stanley teaches the PRICE H, HL, and S models, as well as TruePlanning for Hardware, Software and IT at PRICE Systems facilities and customer locations. In addition, he has developed and taught courses on TOC.
As an Executive Consultant he targets and solves problems for a wide range of PRICE customers such as Sikorski, Lockheed Martin Aircraft Systems, Lockheed Martin Denver, Northrup Grumman Baltimore Raytheon Space division, Pratt & Whitney Space, and Rolls Royce Aircraft Engines.
Cost Estimating/Analyst Accomplishments:
- Completed the update for PRICE's Total Ownership Cost (TOC) model, which combines the PRICE Hardware (PRICE H) and Life Cycle (PRICE HL) models with spreadsheet-augmented algorithms, giving a TOC for a system.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing new features in the original PRICE H/HL/M models, and their Excel and TOC extensions.
