Cost Realism Services
Cost Realism is the marriage of current, accurate, and complete data with logical and comprehensive estimating methodology. Whether it is small cross-check engagement of a few elements over a few days or a longer termed engagement to assist with multiple source selection tasks, the basis for realism is always a deliverable to the customer. The engagement report you receive will completely describe what we used and how we used it to arrive at realism.
Source Selection Definition of Services
PRICE will assist the Government team in the source selection process, to include assistance in defining parametric input forms for the contractors, collection and analysis of contractor data, development of a “Government Cost Position”, and a Risk Assessment.
Bid & Proposal Definition of Services
PRICE supports contractors so they can quickly make Bid/No Bid decisions, negotiate with suppliers, analyze competitive scenarios, and evaluate various design/development alternatives.
Parametric Cross Check Definition of Services
An estimate using the PRICE database and any readily available cost and technical data from the customer. The deliverable product will be a report/presentation covering all ground rules, assumptions, and input data, along with a breakdown of the costs, risk and optimal schedule to the sub-system level.
