Substitution/Cancellation Policy:

All substitutions or cancellations must be made in writing to Vincent Ferrara at . You may cancel your conference registration by February 7, 2005, without penalty, and receive a full refund or a credit that applies to future PRICE Systems' conferences or training classes. A $350 administration fee will be imposed for cancellations made after February 7, 2005.
