Georges-Toussaint joined PRICE Systems in 1982 as Operations Manager and was promoted to Head of PRICE Systems Europe in 1992. In 2006, he became Head of PRICE Systems International and manages the PRICE Systems business in the world outside of the Americas. Georges-Toussaint graduated in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Management and Computer Sciences Engineering.
In addition to Georges-Toussaint’s management accomplishments, he has developed and implemented methodologies such as Measuring Object Oriented Software, Software Design to Cost, Classes of Estimates, and Applicability of Parametric techniques.
Recently, Georges-Toussaint has led PRICE Systems International to achieve business growth in Europe and Asia, and to become the worldwide leading provider of Cost Management Solutions.
Georges-Toussaints‘ business DNA consists of: research, solutions, implementation, enterprise-wide Cost Management to decrease financial risks and resulting in better cost savings and profitability on major programs.
Georges is a life member of International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association (ICEAA). In 2005 he completed the last of his three terms on the Board of Directors. He received the Keith Burbridge award for his services on the ICEAA Board from 1999 to 2007. Georges is also an active member of European Aerospace Cost Engineering (EACE) steering committee and the Centre d’ Etude et de Prospective Stratégique (CEPS).
