The NEW Common Element models debuted with the software release of TruePlanning® 16 SR2. These cost estimating models are especially useful for anyone involved in U.S. Department of Defense programs, or for federal agencies and commercial vendors using the DoD’s Mil-Std-881D as a guide. TruePlanning® generated cost estimates can now include discrete costs for Program Management, Systems Engineering, Test, Data, Integration and other common categories. The new Common Element models reflect our open source research into many government programs, and include new cost estimating relationships derived from the research. In the webinar, we’ll present the new capability, discuss the supporting research, and describe the steps to create defendable cost estimates with the Common Element models.
